Advancing Student Affairs

To intentionally align with the 150 Forward strategic plan, the Division of Student Affairs began a strategic planning process, Advancing Student Affairs, in May of 2023. 

Advancing Student Affairs set outcomes to: 

1) Have a clear and unifying strategic vision, mission, and goals that center the student experience articulated through a strategic plan;

2) Be intentionally aligned with the student success priorities of the University; and

3) Have a student-centered organizational structure that will elevate responsiveness to student needs. 

Advancing Student Affairs encourages units within Student Affairs to 1) align programs and services, 2) identify initiatives that align with Student Affairs priorities and 150 Forward, 3) identify where opportunities to sunset programs and services exist, and 4) invest in our organizational culture.  

This site outlines our division priorities, objectives, and tactics and we look forward to adding updates to our progress.
